Import and Export Standards All our diamonds comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other relevant import and export regulations. All exported diamonds come with grading certificates from internationally recognized organizations (such as GIA and IGI) and comply with the Kimberley Process to ensure legal and conflict-free origin. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax (VAT) in the destination country; these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Package Security All orders are privately and securely packaged, and “diamonds” will not be marked on the outer packaging for safe delivery. Every package includes shipping insurance. If lost or damaged during transportation, we will assist you in filing a claim.
