How can I be sure I’m choosing the right diamond? You can refer to the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity) or contact us for professional advice.
Do you offer custom services? Sorry, we currently do not offer custom services for rings, necklaces, earrings, and other items.
What are your payment methods? We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and installment payments (details are available on the checkout page). All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
What is your return and exchange policy? You can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is new, unworn, and comes with its original packaging and certificate.
