RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Welcome to shop at www.veraluxe.cc. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality diamonds and jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges according to the following policy.

1. Return and Exchange Period
   You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. Late requests will not be accepted.
2. Return and Exchange Requirements
   Returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:
   The item must be new, unworn, and undamaged;
   It must be accompanied by its original packaging, certificate, invoice, and all accessories;
   It must not have been resized, engraved, or customized in any way.
   ⚠️ The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
   Used or damaged items;
   Items missing their original certificates or packaging.
3. Return Process
   Please contact our customer service team via the email or phone number provided on this website to request a return or exchange.
   Customer service will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Please package the item securely and ship using our designated shipping partner (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
   A return authorization number must be included with the package for expedited processing.
4. Shipping and Insurance
   For returns within the United States: We cover the initial return shipping.
   For international returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and applicable duties.
   For safety reasons, return packages must be insured for the full value of the item.
5. Refund Information
   We will issue refunds within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
   Shipping, duties, and insurance are not refundable.
6. Exchange Information
   Eligible items may be exchanged.
   If the new item is more expensive than the original order, you will be required to pay the difference; if it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.
7. Special Notes
   If the returned product does not meet the return or exchange requirements after inspection, we will return the product and charge the applicable shipping fees.
   We reserve the right to refuse service for any unusual or malicious returns or exchanges.
